ABOUT

Jorge Guardia is a Spanish aviation photographer specialising in military and civil aviation. Since 2010, he has travelled throughout Spain and abroad in search of distinctive perspectives, unusual moments and visually striking ways of portraying aircraft.

His work combines a strong understanding of aviation with a distinctive visual approach, favouring dramatic compositions, tight framing, vibrant colour and subjects that convey the scale, power and character of flight. Rather than simply documenting aircraft, Jorge aims to create images with a strong sense of presence and atmosphere, capable of engaging both aviation enthusiasts and those with no particular connection to the aeronautical world.

In addition to his photographic work, his role as a Flight Test Analysis Engineer gives him a professional connection to aviation that goes beyond photography, bringing him even closer to the aircraft, operations and technical environment that inspire much of his work.
